Tasting Notes

Peach. Passionfruit. Mango. In That Order.

Where O.G. Pils is restraint, Walking on Clouds is abundance. Peach and passionfruit on the nose. Citrus through the middle. Mango on the back end.

It drinks full but not heavy. The oat-forward grain bill gives it the pillowy body that defines the style.

Process

How it gets to the glass.

  1. 01

Oat-forward grain bill for the velvety NEIPA body. Double dry-hopped to layer in tropical fruit aroma.

  2. 02

The haze comes from the grain bill and the yeast — not shortcuts.
