An old-school American Pilsener on the classic Schmidt's-era grain bill. Light, dry, sessionable, and quietly correct.

It drinks like a session beer without the compromise — clean, bright, long on finish. Order it cold at the bar, or pour it at a picnic table in the beer garden.

Every lager here gets four weeks of cold. O.G. Pils is no exception.

Appearance: Crystal-clear pale straw. Dense white foam.
Aroma: Clean grain, faint floral hop, dry cracker malt.
Flavor: Light-bodied, soft, dry. Gentle malt sweetness, restrained bitterness, long quenching finish.
Mouthfeel: Light body, high carbonation, very long dry finish. Built for the second pint.
