Tasting Notes

Triple Dry-Hopped. Four Varieties. One DIPA.

The hop showcase on the tap list. Peach and apricot on the nose. Pineapple and melon through the middle. Strawberry and dank resin on the finish.

Brewed with Cutloose Studios — the same kind of Philly-rooted collab logic as Pig Dog. Big beer, layered hop work, creative partner.

On tap Wed–Sun at the Norristown taproom.

Appearance
Hazy deep gold. Full white head. Juice-forward look.
Aroma
Peach and apricot up front. Mango and pineapple through the middle. Dank resin underneath.
Flavor
Stone fruit first, tropical wave through the middle, dank-tropical finish. The 8.1% is integrated — the fruit stays in front of the alcohol.
Mouthfeel
Full body. Medium-high carb. Slightly oily from the dry-hop oils.
Pairings
  • Smoked meats and BBQ
  • Pungent cheeses
  • Spicy curry
  • Rich desserts

Process

How it gets to the glass.

  1. 01

A DIPA grain bill built to ferment dry so the fruit stays in front.

  2. 02

Triple dry-hopped — three timed additions, each layering a different oil profile.

The Short Answers

About Cutloose Joose.

What does triple dry-hopped mean?
Three separate timed additions after primary fermentation. Each captures different hop oils. The first triggers fruit-forward biotransformation; the later ones layer in fresh aroma.
How strong?
8.1%. The fruit character keeps it drinkable — easier than you'd expect. The bar team can help you pace; a Helles or Wit alongside makes a good contrast.
Always on tap?
Tap availability for collab beers shifts. Call (484) 231-1501 or check our socials for the current board.
