Copper-colored lager poured through traditional side-pull faucets for a thick cream head. Smooth, mild bitterness with faint floral hop aroma and a malt-forward profile of pretzel crust, caramel and bread. All-German ingredients.

How it gets to the glass.

    All-German Vienna malt for the bread-crust character. Noble hops in the kettle.

  2. 02

    Four weeks cold. The side-pull pour at service aerates it gently and builds that signature cream head.
