" Cool space — huge, industrial, and pays homage to their lineage, Schmidt's. They have wine and cider, all from PA. Hubs had a flight, $16 for 6 and not a miss in the bunch. He then enjoyed two rounds of OG Pils — a throwback to Schmidt's which uses the original yeast.

" An under-discovered gem. A dozen-plus carefully crafted delicious beers on tap, also featuring hard seltzer, local wines, and local packaged snackables. Regular events with live music, trivia, and food trucks — check the socials.

" When we were chatting with locals at this brewery, they asked us how we found the place because apparently it's a locals favorite and they don't get many tourists. Beautiful modern tasting room, big outdoor beer garden that allows leashed dogs, over 15 beers on tap, and even an Uncle Jerry's wheat — a style hard to find with IPAs still dominating the market.

" Excellent brewery with family history dating back to the original Schmidt's beer of Philadelphia. The beer was great and the industrial space creates a great vibe to hang out with friends. I highly recommend this brewery.

" We always have such a great time here with our pups. The owner is super friendly and always makes a point to come say hi, which we really appreciate. The beer and canned cocktails never disappoint, and they always have some of the best food trucks around.

" Place was full, found 2 seats at bar. Great atmosphere. Casual, friendly crowd. Food truck tacos were amazing. Great beers — pils, lagers, dark lagers — along with the history of Schmidt's. Took some 4-packs to go. Will be back.

" Von C was just what Norristown needed!! Great beers from a historic family with roots making some of the best beers in the Philadelphia area. They have done a great job at renovating the building across from the state hospital into a brewery that is both modern and classic.

" My new favorite place I'll be a regular for sure. Several beers on tap — loved the Stony Creek. Super cool vibe in this place — industrial look and feel and concrete floors. Lots of bar seating indoors and a ton of room outside for seating, kids, dogs. Music outdoors. Cornhole available to play.

" Had a nice afternoon here today! They have a good amount of beers they make in house, and options for wine and cocktails as well. The place is so nice on the inside and the staff were nice. We would definitely return!
