Session pale ale brewed in collaboration with the Philly Surf Crew. Golden Promise and white wheat backbone, kettle-hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, double dry-hopped with Cashmir, Azacca and Idaho 7. A portion of proceeds supports Philly Surf Crew.
- Appearance
- Pale gold, clear to slightly hazy. Light white head.
- Aroma
- Lemon and grapefruit up front, an herbal-spicy edge underneath, stone fruit from the dry hop.
- Flavor
- Bready malt base. Citrus bitterness in the middle, stone fruit and tropical notes on the finish.
- Mouthfeel
- Light-to-medium body, moderate carb. Easy across multiple pints.
