  1. 01

Bready malt base with white wheat for body. Kettle-hopped, then double dry-hopped to layer in citrus and stone fruit.

  2. 02

A portion of every Pig Dog sold goes to the Philly Surf Crew. Look for joint events at the taproom through the year.

The Short Answers

About Pig Dog Pale Ale.

Who are the Philly Surf Crew?
A Philadelphia-based surfing and community organization. A portion of every Pig Dog sold supports their programs. Look for joint events at the taproom — check voncbrewing.com.
Why Golden Promise malt?
It's a heritage Scottish barley with a richer, breadier character than commodity pale malt. For a 4.5% session beer, that's what keeps it interesting across a full pint.
Available at the taproom?
Yes — on the tap list at 1210 Stanbridge Street, Norristown. Open Wed–Sun. Call (484) 231-1501 to check.
